Abstract
Changes in the level of peroxide oxygenation of lipids and activity of the antioxygenative system in tissues of the brain, stomach, heart and blood serum were studied in experiments on rats [correction of mice] when modelling immobilization stress and emotion-pain stress of waiting. The balance disturbance in favour of activation of free radical processes in all investigated tissues was observed with maximal changes in the brain and minimal ones in the stomach tissues. More sensitive changes were observed under conditions of emotion and pain waiting stress.
